The kitchen is fully loaded with granite work tops, large range cooker, two larder fridges, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a second washing machine with tumble dryer and a table and chairs. The floor is slate with underfloor heating. |
Hall
The hall has a slate floor with underfloor central heating and a cupboard under the stairs where there is a freezer and a second tumble dryer. |
Bathroom
This is located up stairs and has a bath / shower, toilet, hand basin and individual shelving. The floor is black slate which has under floor heating. |
Wet Room
This is located downstairs and has a shower hand basin and toilet. The floor is travertine mosaic and has under floor heating. |
Garden
There is a back garden with a small out house also a BBQ area with chairs. |
